Let It Go

Put on the yoga pants or sweats (whatever you can relax in) and come let that shit go. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is let go. Join Ember Women for an evening of reflection, intention, and renewal as we create space to release what no longer serves us and step into the next season with greater clarity and peace. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, again things to make you feel comfortable.

Together, we'll begin by setting a personal intention for the evening and reflecting on the thoughts, expectations, or experiences that may be weighing us down. Through a guided activity, you'll have the opportunity to intentionally release what has been holding you back and make room for new possibilities.

We'll close the evening with a peaceful sound bath designed to help calm the mind, relax the body, and leave you feeling grounded,…
